Delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visits former Chinese Premier Chu Dung Co

On August 18, at the funeral, Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy and delegates expressed boundless grief at the passing of former Chinese Prime Minister Zhou Rongji.

Touched to write in the mourning book, Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy wrote: Deeply saddened by comrade Zhou Rong Ji, former member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, former Prime Minister of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.

Comrade Zhu Rongji is an outstanding leader of the Party and State of China, who has made great contributions to the cause of development, reform, and openness of China as well as the promotion of friendly neighborly relations and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties and two countries Vietnam - China.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front always appreciates the deep friendship and valuable support that generations of Chinese leaders, including Comrade Zhou Rongji, have given to the cause of developing bilateral relations; especially the creation of a foundation for friendly exchange and cooperation between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the All-China Political Consultative Conference. Close cooperation between the two organizations has been and is making an important contribution to consolidating a solid social foundation, tightening solidarity and strengthening mutual understanding between the people of the two countries.
