Nearly 270 million VND from the Sakurai Vietnam Trade Union sent to people in flooded areas
Thanh Hoa - After a short time of launching, the Sakurai Vietnam Company Trade Union mobilized union members to contribute nearly 270 million VND to support people in disaster areas.
On October 24, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor said that, responding to the call of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to support people in localities affected by natural disasters and floods in 2025, the Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union has launched a fundraising campaign for all union members and workers.
After a short time of implementation, the Company's Trade Union has mobilized VND 269.785 million. On the afternoon of October 23, representatives of the Company's Trade Union Standing Committee directly donated the entire amount to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province to send to people in the affected areas.
This meaningful activity demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, sharing and community responsibility of the collective of cadres, union members and employees of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd., contributing to spreading the tradition of kindness of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" in society.
