Ca Mau Trade Union launches campaign to respond to the "Green - Clean - Beautiful" movement

On the morning of October 8th, the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) and Tan Thanh Ward Trade Union coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union of Hoan My - Minh Hai General Hospital Joint Stock Company to organize a launching ceremony to respond to the "Green - clean - beautiful" movement.

This is the first unit in the Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union system to implement activities in response to this movement.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Ly Cong Bac - Chairman of Ca Mau Labor Federation - said that environmental protection needs to start from specific actions of each person. The Trade Union organization plays a role in propagating and mobilizing union members and workers to raise awareness and form environmental protection habits.

Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation requested union members and workers to implement practical tasks such as maintaining general hygiene, sorting and treating waste in accordance with regulations, limiting the use of disposable plastic products, planting and caring for green trees.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, Tan Thanh Ward Trade Union and union members and workers participated in collecting waste, cleaning the premises, embellishing the landscape and rearranging areas around the unit.

Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation said that it will continue to mobilize Trade Union levels to organize activities suitable to the conditions of each locality, agency, unit, and enterprise; encourage the implementation of specific models, projects, and tasks to contribute to environmental protection.
