Tra Vinh City establishes a new grassroots trade union with 22 union members

The Community Congress of Hao Thanh Garment Co., Ltd for term 2025 - 2028 took place solemnly, in accordance with the rules of Vietnam Trade Union. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company of the Company consisted of 3 members. Mr. Banh Duy Phuong - the company's worker was trusted to hold the position of Trade Union President.

The company's Trade Union Executive Board also proposed a direction for operations in the coming time. In particular, focusing on caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; truly being a bridge between the company's Board of Directors and workers; united and unified to make the company increasingly developed, increase income, improve the material and spiritual life of union members and workers...

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Viet - Vice Chairman of the Labor Union (Labor Federation) of Tra Vinh City - wishing that the Trade Union members of the company need to cultivate quality, increase labor productivity, contribute to making quality products and prestigious products to increase income, reduce poor quality goods for the company, contribute to the development of family economy as well as the company.

The new Executive Committee promotes its role and responsibility, strengthening propaganda on the rights and obligations of union members. The Executive Board maintains contact with the Tra Vinh City Labor Federation and the Company's Board of Directors to contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

To date, the Tra Vinh City Labor Federation has established 88 affiliated grassroots unions, with a total of about 3,000 union members.
