At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor reported and conveyed to delegates 3 key contents, including: Orientation of union member development; reorganization and streamlining of the apparatus in the union system; skills in propaganda, development and management of union members; content and methods of union cadre activities in the current period.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Nhat Tien presented the content of "Kills in propagating, developing and managing union members". Accordingly, in the period when the Trade Union organization is strongly shifting towards "Refined - efficient - flexible", developing union members cannot be done in the old way, especially for the workforce in the informal sector, without signing labor contracts.
