Quang Binh trains on the application of artificial intelligence in trade unions
Quang Binh - 60 full-time union officials were trained in using artificial intelligence to improve digital capacity and innovate methods of operation.
On May 15-16, the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) organized a training conference with the theme " application of artificial intelligence (AI) in trade union activities", attracting the participation of 60 full-time trade union officials from the whole province.
At the conference, Dr. Nguyen Van Loc - lecturer at the University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi - directly shared 5 important topics, focusing on AI application skills in core activities of trade union organizations.

The topics include: Overview of AI in the trade union sector; using AI to analyze union member needs and personalize experiences; application in administration, drafting and editing documents; practicing AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI, Microsoft Copilot in communication and automation of news writing and articles; applying AI in developing, managing union members and resolving labor conflicts.

Not only studying theory, students also participate in group activities, practicing building AI-applied products to verify the effectiveness of practical application.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Dinh Thi Ngoc Lan - President of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor - affirmed: "Masterizing AI will help union officials save time, be more creative at work, and at the same time have more skills in operating and organizing activities at the grassroots level. This is a necessary step for trade unions at all levels to catch up with the digital transformation trend".

The training conference is a practical activity, contributing to the effective implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on innovating the method of trade union activities in the technology era.
