Each Khanh Hoa Trade Union official studies President Ho Chi Minh's spirit of innovation

On May 19, at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site (Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa), the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor organized a thematic activity to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1990 - May 19, 2025) and summarized 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Exactly 135 years ago, on May 19, 1890, in Sen village, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province, a great son of the Vietnamese people was born. The main person is President Ho Chi Minh.

Uncle Ho's life in the 79th spring is the most beautiful symbol of patriotism and revolutionary heroism. Throughout his life, President Ho Chi Minh has always devoted himself to the nation and the country.

In his commemorative speech, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tri - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor stated that in recent times, under the direction and leadership of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, the movement of workers and civil servants and Khanh Hoa Trade Union activities have been increasingly developed and innovated. Many typical examples have appeared in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

The 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth took place at a time when the country was in the process of moving into a new era, each union cadre and union member in the whole province continued to promote the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology and ethics.

"Each of us should regularly follow Uncle Ho's example, voluntarily cultivate, practice, learn, explore, innovate, link theory with practice, go hand in hand with words, and complete assigned tasks well according to the position and responsibility of each person" - Mr. Tri emphasized.

Assessing the 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has directed and guided trade unions at all levels to select and identify breakthroughs to put the Directive into practice.

Through annual topics, trade unions at all levels have proactively advised the Party Committee and coordinated with the authorities at the same level to organize for cadres, union members, and workers to study and research Ho Chi Minh's ideological topics.

Thereby, Party members, cadres, civil servants, and employees have made positive changes in upholding the sense of responsibility, speaking along with action, closely following the grassroots...

Every year, 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and union members register to study and follow Uncle Ho. There have been more than 30,000 female workers achieving the title of "Two Goods", nearly 137,000 union members and employees supported by the Union with a total budget of more than 82 billion VND. More than 800 conferences on Uncle Ho learning and training to improve qualifications and expertise were organized by the Union.

Trade unions at all levels have also deployed more than 3,700 inspections and supervisions at all levels, contributing to setting an example for cadres, especially the leader, to become the driving force for spreading learning and following Uncle Ho throughout the system.

According to Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, in the context of the new situation, continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style becomes more urgent and important than ever.

In particular, propaganda and education work needs to be promoted with many rich and flexible forms. Turning Uncle Ho's teachings into concrete and practical actions, contributing to improving productivity, quality and efficiency in work. Making studying and following Uncle Ho a regular content in the activities of trade unions at all levels contributes to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
