Leaders of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union encourage workers on the occasion of Workers' Month
On the occasion of Workers' Month 2025, leaders of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union visited and presented gifts to workers.
Continuing activities on the occasion of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union recently organized working groups to visit units, enterprises, and key projects to encourage and give gifts to workers.
Accordingly, on May 8, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong - Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union - as Head of the delegation visited and presented gifts to union members and workers at the following units: Long Thanh Airport Project Management Board; Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company No. 2 at Cap Saint Jacques Complex Project - Vung Tau City; IDICO Industrial Park Service Company Limited (IDICO-ISC) under IDICO Corporation in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province; Vinaconex Joint Stock Company; Phuong Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company; Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company; Cienco4 Group at Long Thanh Airport Project, Dong Nai Capital One Member Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company under Mekong Nai Corporation No. 1 Joint Stock Company.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong acknowledged and commended the enthusiastic, responsible labor spirit and efforts to overcome difficulties of workers, union members, and laborers; at the same time, kindly visited and encouraged the working spirit of workers in the production process.
In addition, the Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Union has asked the Union of the units to continue promoting the role and effectively implementing the contents of the working month, the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025. In particular, it is necessary to pay more attention to the work of taking care of life, protecting the legitimate rights for union members, workers, especially cases of union members and workers with disadvantages; focus on improving working conditions, ensuring welfare policies for workers to feel secure and dedicated.
