Connecting love through the Union Meal in Da Nang
On May 19, the Trade Union of Da Nang Industrial Parks and Industrial Parks organized a meaningful "Union Meal", connecting colleagues and expressing gratitude to workers.
In the vibrant atmosphere of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones (KCNC & Industrial Parks Trade Union) has implemented a meaningful "Union Meal" program at Liwaywayway Da Nang Food Industry Company Limited.
The program is not only an activity to practically care for the lives of workers but also demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between the trade union organization and union members and workers in industrial parks. This is also an opportunity to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers, contributing to building a safe, friendly and effective working environment in enterprises.
At the newsstand of Liwayway Da Nang Food Industry Company, the "Union Meal" program took place in an intimate and cozy atmosphere, with careful preparation from the union and businesses. A total of 294 workers enjoyed a special meal together - not only a full meal but also full of affection, sharing and teamwork.
Within the framework of the "Union Meal" program, each worker is served a meal worth 45,000 VND. Instead of the familiar rice, milk and fruit portions, today is the hot, delicious beef noodle soup, accompanied by a box of milk supported by the Trade Union. The dish is not only nutritious but also brings freshness, contributing to improving working spirit and creating a truly memorable lunch.
Ms. Pham Thi Huong - a worker working at the company for more than 10 years - was moved to share: "Having been with the company for a long time, I have participated in many activities organized by the Trade Union, but today's" trade union meal "today really makes me warm. Normally, we eat in time to make shifts, have little opportunities to sit down like this.
For Ms. Huong, the meal is not only an opportunity to recharge but also a moment to temporarily put aside the busy working rhythm, talking together, connecting and motivating the next working days.
According to the Trade Union of Da Nang Industrial Parks and Industrial Parks, the event will take place until May 19 and attract the participation of many union officials, union members and workers.
