Responding to Workers' Month, Can Tho Trade Union organizes blood donation festival
Can Tho - The 2nd "Red Colors of Union Members" Blood Donation Festival among Union Members and Workers is expected to attract 1,000 union members and workers to participate.
According to information from the Can Tho City Labor Federation, in response to Workers' Month 2025, the unit will organize a Voluntary Blood Donation Festival among union members and workers.
With the theme of the 2nd "Red Colors of Union Members" Blood Donation Festival among Union Members and Workers, the activity will take place on the morning of May 10, at Can Tho City Union Trading and Tourism Company Limited. The festival is expected to attract about 1,000 union members, workers, civil servants and laborers to participate.
The Blood Donation Festival is one of the practical activities in response to the 2025 voluntary blood donation movement launched by the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign.
The activity was organized to raise awareness of cadres, union members, and workers about the purpose and noble meaning of donating blood to save lives; Promoting the spirit of volunteering for the community among union members, workers, and mobilizing other social subjects to participate in voluntary blood donation.
