More than 200 cadres and union members participate in sports festivals to welcome Party Congresses at all levels

On the morning of May 17, the Trade Union of Soc Trang Urban Construction Joint Stock Company organized a traditional sports festival to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Attending the event were Ms. Tran Ngoc My - Vice President of the Soc Trang Provincial Labor Federation.

The sports festival gathered more than 200 athletes and supporters who are officials, union members, and workers from 5 units including Soc Trang Urban Construction Joint Stock Company, Soc Trang Lottery One Member Co., Ltd., Soc Trang Water Supply Joint Stock Company, Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

Athletes competed enthusiastically in 4 events: boat racing on the shore, tug of war, team rope jumping and flour truyen. These subjects not only require physical strength, but also promote the spirit of solidarity and smooth coordination between team members.

Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Soc Trang Urban Construction Joint Stock Company - said: "The sports festival is an opportunity to create a healthy playground, improve the health and spiritual life of workers. At the same time, it is an opportunity for units to exchange, learn, strengthen solidarity, and contribute to the successful completion of professional tasks".
