Dak Lak organizes many activities for Workers' Month 2025
Dak Lak - Dak Lak province has organized Workers' Month with many meaningful and practical activities for union members and workers.
On May 6, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor launched Workers' Month 2025.
In 2024, trade unions at all levels mobilized union members to support the construction and repair of 127 Trade Union Shelters for union members with difficult housing circumstances with a budget of nearly 5.67 billion VND.
Trade unions at all levels also visited and presented gifts to 35,870 union members in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, and having work-related accidents with a total budget of nearly 16 billion VND...
Within the framework of the 2025 Workers' Month program, the Provincial Federation of Labor will present 100 gifts to 100 workers in difficulty, those who have had work accidents or occupational diseases.
The provincial union supported the construction of a "Union Shelter" house for 20 union members with housing difficulties. Each union member is supported with 50 million VND.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor also directs trade unions at all levels to proactively coordinate with the government, sectors, unions, and enterprises to organize meaningful activities.
Including: Program "Creative workers, firmly entering the new era", Program "May Dialogue" and Forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party", Program "Thank you to workers"; organize a peak month to develop union members, establish grassroots unions; introduce outstanding union members to develop party members who are workers.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor - said: "Workers' Month has been implemented synchronously and widely by provincial trade unions at all levels with many practical and meaningful activities. Thereby, in order to better care for the jobs, income and lives of union members and workers".
According to Mr. Thanh, through the Workers' Month activities, it will contribute to improving the qualifications, sense of discipline, and professional skills of workers. Thereby, contributing to helping businesses overcome all difficulties and challenges and become more and more stable and developed.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 enterprises with outstanding achievements in caring for the lives and jobs of workers.
