Trade Union coordinates to organize a highly professional contest
Hanoi - The contest was organized by the Long Bien District Labor Federation in coordination with Bac Ha International General Hospital to celebrate International Nursing Day (May 12).
The contest is called " difference nursing, midwifery, excellent technician - Talented" in 2025.
At the contest, the 20 best contestants competed in the situation behavior contest. The contestants demonstrated their courage, sophistication and especially professional communication skills when handling common real-life situations in the medical environment.
At the end, the Organizing Committee awarded the prize to high -achieving candidates. In particular, there are 4 thematic awards awarded to candidates with the highest practice, theory, behavior, and the prize for the most beautiful blouse outfit. The organizers also awarded 17 consolation prizes, 1 third prize, 1 second prize and 1 first prize, acknowledging the efforts and talents of the contestants.
The contest is a useful professional playground, creating opportunities to learn and share experiences to help the medical staff of Bac Ha International General Hospital improve their knowledge, practice skills, and be professional and elegant.
Through the contest, the Long Bien District Labor Federation (LDLD) and Bac Ha International General Hospital affirmed the motto of activities: "Consistently improving expertise - Improving medicine ethics - Towards quality and humane health care" as well as the role of the Trade Union in accompanying the professional to improve the skills of union members and workers.
