At the visit, Mr. Mai Thanh Phuong - Chairman of the Vietnam Railway Trade Union - directly listened to the thoughts and aspirations of workers.

Mr. Mai Thanh Phuong emphasized that the top concern at present is the salary and bonus regime for workers, to ensure income, retain workers and encourage workers' spirit in the context of many difficulties in work.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Railway Trade Union presented gifts to workers with a total cost of nearly 35 million VND including cash and equipment.

Vietnam Railway Corporation and Vietnam Railway Trade Union have also organized a "Nursing" program for 111 employees to continue improving the health, material and spiritual life of union members and employees, especially for employees who have had work-related accidents or have decreased health.
