Da Nang Trade Union coordinates with the Department of Home Affairs to launch Workers' Month 2025

The launching ceremony of Workers' Month and Labor Safety Action Month in 2025 is expected to be held on April 27, 2025, at the East Bank Park of Dragon Bridge (Tran Hung Dao Street, An Hai Nam Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City).

There will be about 700 people attending the launching ceremony, including: Representatives of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; members of the City's Labor Safety and Hygiene Council (VHA Council); representatives of departments, branches, sectors, socio-political organizations; leaders of People's Committees of districts and towns; Department of Internal Affairs of districts and towns.

The Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation; leaders of departments, offices, trade unions at the grassroots level, public service units under the City Labor Federation and full-time trade union officials of the entire system; representatives of grassroots trade unions under the City Labor Federation.

The collectives and individuals who were rewarded include: Leaders of some enterprises that employ many workers at risk of occupational accidents and diseases. Workers in difficult circumstances (including those who have had work-related accidents or occupational diseases) receive gifts and Trade Union Shelters. Workers of enterprises are rewarded...

Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh - President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation - said: The launching ceremony of Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2025 is a peak period of propaganda.

At the same time, raise awareness of all levels, sectors, localities, employers, employees in agencies, units, enterprises and all people in the city about implementing occupational safety and hygiene, caring for the lives and health of workers and implementing the theme of the Month of Action on occupational safety and health and Workers' Month 2025.

The requirement is to organize and implement activities to ensure practicality, efficiency, and professionalism in order to propagate, spread widely, with focus and attract many businesses and workers to participate.
