Can Tho Police Union Political activities at Ong Hao relic
Can Tho - Can Tho Police Union organized a political activity for nearly 40 union officials and members at the Ong Hao Victory Historical Site.
Towards the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), 80 years of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025) and Workers' Month... recently, the Can Tho City Police Union organized a political activity for nearly 40 cadres and union members at the Ong Hao Victory Historical Site (Truong Long Commune, Phong Dien District).
Here, the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroes and martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation.
Next, the delegates visited the Traditional House and heard an introduction to the heroic feats, the steadfast and indomitable spirit of the ancestral generation against foreign invaders in the resistance war against the US to save the country.
Through the activities, cadres and union members of the City Police Union were fostered in revolutionary ideals, patriotism, arousing the honor, pride and responsibility of cadres and union members in the cause of building and defending the country.
In addition to political activities, the Trade Union organized many exciting and attractive competitions such as: Experimental contest "Learning about the Great Spring Victory 1975 - Aspiration for Peace"; Sports games with collective cohesion were also organized. Thereby, creating a useful playground, contributing to improving the spiritual life of union officials and members, building a healthy and practical union living environment.
