Grassroots trade union rewards 100 outstanding workers with trips
Binh Thuan - 100 excellent workers were given 3 days and 2 nights of travel by the grassroots union.
On May 4, Mr. Nguyen Hoa - Chairman of the Tuy Phong Garment Factory Trade Union (under the Tuy Phong District Labor Federation, Binh Thuan Province) said that the unit had just organized workers with outstanding achievements to travel to Da Lat.
The 3-day, 2-night trip was 100% sponsored by the company; workers visited the locations, played team building and relaxed.
According to this grassroots union, 100 excellent workers were selected from departments and workshops - to select the most excellent workers. This is not only a trip but also a place for workers to connect with each other, unite and regenerate labor.
Tuy Phong Garment Factory Trade Union currently has 2,305 union members, divided into 49 active union groups. The majority are female workers, residing in Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province.
In recent times, in addition to ensuring occupational hygiene and safety, stable jobs and income for workers, grassroots trade unions have also paid special attention to the welfare for the spiritual life of workers.
