Nghe An - On April 23, at the People's Committee of Nghia Yen commune, hundreds of union members in Nghia Dan district participated in blood donation.
The program is organized under the direction and plan of the Steering Committee for Mobilizing Voluntary Blood Donation of Nghia Dan District, in response to Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Month in 2025.
From early morning, hundreds of cadres, union members, and workers from agencies, units, and enterprises were present, lining up to donate blood in an excited and responsible atmosphere.
As a result, the program recorded 800 registrants. Of which, 558 people are eligible to donate blood, collecting a total of 660 units of blood - a valuable blood source transferred to serve emergency care and treatment at hospitals inside and outside the province.

This is one of the key activities of the Nghia Dan district union during this year's Workers' Month, demonstrating the spirit of humanity, social responsibility and community awareness of the local workforce, civil servants and laborers.
The strong response of union members in Nghia Dan district shows that the union is not only a place to protect the rights of workers, but also a place to ignite the humanity, connecting the community with practical and widespread activities.
Therefore, Workers' Month is not only a month of contributions and gifts in production, but also a month of humanity, of hearts that know how to love and share.
