Rollsport Shoe Company Trade Union organizes the "Excellent Safety and Hygiene Officer" Contest
Thanh Hoa - At the contest organized by the company's trade union, hundreds of workers excitedly cheered for the competing teams.
On May 9, the Trade Union of Rollsport Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. announced that it had just organized the "Excellent Safety and Hygiene Officer - Understanding Legal Knowledge" contest in 2026.
Attending the program were representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, company leaders, representatives of local authorities and hundreds of workers.
The contest has the participation of 6 teams with 30 contestants. The teams go through 3 parts of the competition including: handling situations in staged form, answering multiple-choice questions and handling essay situations.
The contest content focuses on legal knowledge on occupational safety and health (ATVSLĐ); knowledge about the organization, management and operating methods of the safety and health network of health workers; professional knowledge, occupational safety and health techniques, fire and explosion prevention; rights and responsibilities of enterprises and units in occupational safety and health work.
Mr. Nguyen Van Ty - Chairman of the Trade Union of Rollsport Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. - said that the contest is an activity to respond to "Workers' Month", "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" in 2026.
Through the contest, it aims to raise awareness and awareness of compliance with OSH laws; minimize labor accidents and occupational diseases; strengthen fire and explosion prevention and protect the health of workers.
According to Mr. Ty, the teams participating in this year's contest all have invested and prepared meticulously and seriously. Contestants have promoted the spirit of exchange, learning, exchanging experiences as well as skills in handling situations related to OSH.
On this occasion, representatives of the leaders of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation and the Trade Union of Rollsport Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. presented 35 gifts to workers in particularly difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses.
