78 entries submitted for the contest on corporate culture and trade unions in Da Nang

Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union has just organized an online photo/video contest with the theme "Enterprise Culture - Trade Union Accompanying" in 2026, in response to the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).

After a short period of launching, the contest attracted the active participation of grassroots trade unions, union members and workers in the area. The Organizing Committee received 78 photo and video entries from businesses and units, reflecting the beauty in building corporate culture, a professional working environment, the spirit of solidarity and creativity of workers and the companion role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Many works are invested in content and form, introducing models and initiatives in labor, production, activities to care for union members' lives as well as the connection between businesses and trade union organizations.

Through the selection process to ensure objectivity and compliance with regulations, the Judging Panel selected 8 teams with typical works for the final round. The works were evaluated as having creativity, clear messages, rich emotions, contributing to spreading the positive values of corporate culture and affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying sustainable business development.

According to the Organizing Committee, the contest not only creates a meaningful playground for union members and workers but also contributes to promoting the image of businesses, building a civilized working environment, and promoting harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. Currently, entries are posted on the Fanpage of Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union to serve voting activities according to the contest rules.
