Training on propaganda and women's work for more than 100 Nam Dinh Provincial Trade Union officials
Nam Dinh - The Provincial Federation of Labor has just organized a training conference to improve the capacity to direct and implement propaganda and women's work of the union staff.
At the training session, experts and reporters shared about many areas of applying artificial intelligence AI, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union communication; improving the capacity and vision of leaders and cadres working in propaganda and women's union work in the coming time; innovating women's activities in population work, family work, children among female union members and workers.
Ms. Hoang Thi Hien - Head of the Labor Federation's (LDLD) Affairs Committee emphasized that 2025 marks important steps forward in trade union activities, requiring trade union cadres to constantly improve their capacity, innovate methods, and meet the increasingly high requirements of practice.
The contents on effective application of AI will be an important step forward to help the team of union officials improve their communication skills, strongly spreading the good values of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the digital age.
This is also an opportunity for union officials in the province to share the current situation and solutions of the union organization. Thereby, helping each union cadre raise awareness, foster professional skills to apply to practical activities at each level, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new development stage of the country and the union organization.
