Faced with that reality, the company's Trade Union has proposed and the Trade Union of industrial parks and economic zones has developed a plan to coordinate with Phuong Chau Sa Dec Hospital to organize a thematic activity.
At the meeting, doctors and nurses explained policies related to women, especially female workers in the company, on gender equality and combating sexual harassment at the workplace; disseminated and disseminated knowledge about reproductive health, from pregnancy to childbirth and small child care... At the same time, spend more time for the women to discuss specific cases and participate in gift-giving games when answering the doctor's questions correctly. There are a total of 15 gifts, each worth 150,000 VND, mobilized by the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones from socialized sources.
