In recent times, the work of women's work and caring for female workers has always been valued by trade unions at all levels of Bac Ninh province with many effective and practical activities.

Women's work continues to receive attention and has had positive changes in the fields of female labor, gender equality, population, family, and children. The women's union at all levels has been consolidated, improved, and the quality of activities has improved. Trade unions at all levels proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of female workers; organize and participate in 120 inspections and supervision of the implementation of regimes, policies and laws for female workers and recommend policies to ensure jobs and life, improve working conditions, increase salaries, maternity benefits, and support for raising young children.

On the occasion of the Children's Action Month and Vietnam Family Day, the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Opening of the school year, the founding day of the Vietnam Women's Union, and the Lunar New Year, the Trade Union presented gifts to 10,575 children of union members with 30 boxes of gifts, 12,000 moon cakes; 500 school bags for children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 940 million VND; awarded XVND Foundation scholarships to 159 children of union members who overcame difficulties and studied well with a total amount of 238,500,000 VND; awarded 27 million VND to support 3 stepchildren until the end of September 2024; presented gifts to 500 female union members in difficult circumstances, with disabilities, or with serious illnesses with a total amount of 500 million VND; coordinated with the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital to provide free examinations for 1,300 female union members and 121 union members; union members and representatives of the family.
