Raising the scale of commending families of workers, civil servants, and laborers in Dong Nai

On June 21, the Dong Nai City Labor Federation organized a Conference to commend 51 typical families of workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLĐ) of Dong Nai city in the period 2021 - 2026.

Attending the commendation conference were Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council; Ms. Thai Thu Xuong, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Ms. Do Hong Van, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Mr. Ha Anh Dung, Standing Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee...

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, City Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Dong Nai City Labor Federation, said that family work in the Trade Union organization in the city is increasingly going deeper, more practical and effective; contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to agencies, units, and businesses for a long time.

There are families where both husband and wife are direct workers, diligently working in production every day but still always spending time taking care of and educating their children, building a civilized and happy family lifestyle. There are families with members who are trade union officials, party members, and typical workers, who not only complete their professional tasks well but also actively participate in emulation movements, contributing to building agencies, units, businesses and trade union organizations to become increasingly strong.

Typical examples include the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Nam - manager at the QLC level, Member of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company. Mr. Nam has been repeatedly commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and the City Labor Federation for his outstanding achievements in labor, creativity and trade union activities; and is also a party member for many years who has excellently completed his tasks. His wife, Ms. Le Thi Thu Ha, a company worker, always completes her professional tasks well, and has many initiatives to improve her work...

Speaking to direct at the Conference, Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Dong Nai City, said that the work of caring for CNVCLĐ to build prosperous, progressive, and happy families requires the participation of the entire political system.

Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh hopes that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai city and socio-political organizations will implement the Conference to commend CNVCLĐ families of Dong Nai city into a traditional annual activity for CNVCLĐ families of Dong Nai city to strive for; at the same time, consider raising the level and increasing the number of CNVCLĐ families commended to 100 - 200 families to have a scale commensurate with Dong Nai city, so that Dong Nai city has more happy families.

At the same time, mobilize socialization to implement patriotic emulation movements, have specific products, quantify them, and have an impact on workers' lives to calculate the effectiveness of spreading, so that workers are attached to Dong Nai city.
