Also a long-time shipper here, Mr. Nguyen Van Khai added: "At first, the brothers distributed it themselves, and seeing it too inconvenient, the brothers sat down and contributed money to rent a small place with a roof right at this gate. Every month, contribute a little bit of the top and it becomes much more convenient, everyone is happy to cooperate".

Safety for goods and traffic

From the workers' side, this centralized delivery model is also enthusiastically responded to by workers, especially those who regularly shop online but are limited in time and travel conditions.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung - a garment worker - said that before, she was very afraid to place orders because she could not come out during breaks to receive them, and she could not leave the workshop during work. Once the shipper delivered it and lost it, it took me a whole search.

"Now, just work overtime to get it right away. Buying food, clothes, cosmetics... is convenient. The goods are covered, arranged neatly, and there is no need to worry about damage in the rain and wind, it feels very secure, Ms. Phung added.

According to Mr. Tran Van Duy - a mechanical worker, this model also helps reduce traffic congestion and ensure traffic safety in front of the company gate.

Before that, the shipper was in a mess, and the company's vehicles had difficulty getting in and out. Now workers only need to go out to receive goods quickly, without affecting anyone. Moreover, the shipper is used to the time and keeps the goods carefully, so we are very satisfied.

The centralized delivery point at Hoa Phu Industrial Park gate is a simple but surprisingly effective solution: Reducing shipper pressure, facilitating workers, protecting goods and ensuring safety and order in the area.
