Trade Union Congress of Van Don Regional General Hospital, Quang Ninh

Attending the Congress were Ms. Le Thi Net - Vice Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Van Don Special Zone Trade Union; TTƯT, BSCKII Nguyen Huy Tien - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Van Don Regional General Hospital and 156 delegates representing officials, union members, and employees throughout the hospital.

In the past term, the hospital Trade Union organization has been gradually consolidated, promoting the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; effectively coordinating with professional departments in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, organizing conferences of officials and employees, and dialogues at the workplace.

Activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers are implemented promptly and practically. Patriotic emulation movements, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style associated with practicing medical ethics are promoted, contributing to building a united and stable working environment, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Net - Chairwoman of the Van Don Special Zone Trade Union, acknowledged and praised the results that the Hospital Trade Union has achieved in the past term. Requesting that in the new term, the Hospital Trade Union continue to innovate its operating methods, take union members as the center, pay attention to improving working conditions and lives for medical staff; accompany professional development to build a strong hospital.

The Congress unanimously agreed on the direction for the 2026–2030 term with the goal of building a strong and effective Hospital Trade Union; improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting workers' rights; promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation; accompanying professional development to build Van Don Regional General Hospital to be developed and modern.

Speaking at the Congress, TTƯT, BSCKII Nguyen Huy Tien - Director of the Hospital affirmed that the Board of Directors will continue to closely coordinate, create favorable conditions for the Trade Union to operate effectively, promote the role of a bridge between workers and leaders; contributing to building a stable hospital, better meeting the needs of people's health care.

At the first meeting, the Executive Committee of the Hospital Trade Union for the 2026–2030 term elected comrade Luc Chien Thang to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union.
