Vinh Long Labor Union implements the Resolution of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term

On the morning of January 23, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to disseminate, study, and disseminate the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, directly deployed in localities in the province.

At the conference, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - chaired and directly implemented the key contents of the Resolution. The consistent goal of the term is to build a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization; focus on representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers in the province.

Along with thoroughly grasping the Resolution, the conference deployed the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution, emphasizing the requirement for Trade Unions at all levels to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective manner.

The focus is on developing union members, building strong grassroots unions; promoting digital transformation in management, welfare care, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi noted that grassroots trade unions during the Lunar New Year need to pay special attention to taking care of union members and workers' lives; proactively coordinate and propose that businesses pay full and on time salaries and bonuses according to regulations, so that workers can feel secure to enjoy spring and celebrate a warm and complete Tet.
