Pha Lai Thermal Power Trade Union thoroughly grasps Resolution for officials and employees

The Trade Union of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company has just organized a training conference for trade union officials and employees of the company on thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the contents for effective and proper implementation of the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots Level and labor law.

The conference was co-chaired by Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union.

Attending the Conference, on the side of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, in addition to Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, there were also Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Luong - Head of the Labor Relations Committee, Mr. Le Ngoc Dung - Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Committee of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union.

Delegates of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company included Mr. Le Van Chinh - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union and members of the Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union Executive Committee, Women's Committee, People's Inspection Committee of the Company; Heads and deputy heads of units and 150 delegates who are trade union officials and employees in the Company.

At the Conference, delegates were directly conveyed the following contents by Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union: Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; Exchange and guide contents to pay attention to effectively and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots level and some new points in labor law, regimes and policies that workers are interested in such as: Salary policies, remuneration, money of state-owned enterprises; Personal income tax policies (Decree No. 253/2026/ND-CP dated June 30, 2026, effective from July 1, 2026, applying the 2026 tax period); Childcare fee support regime; Annual leave regime (lease); Overtime salary regime...

This is one of the key activities of the Trade Union of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company to implement Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo, Action Program No. 02/CTr-BCH of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on innovating the organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation; contributing to improving professional skills for trade union officials.

The conference is an opportunity to propagate and disseminate the latest legal documents to union members and workers, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set out by the Company's Trade Union Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term.
