Trade unions spread the beauty of labor from photos submitted by union members

On August 3rd, Emulation Group No. 8 - Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had awarded prizes for the "Beauty of Trade Unions and Workers" photo contest for the first time in 2026, attracting a large number of union members to participate.

Only half a month after launching, the contest received more than 150 entries from 53 grassroots trade unions. The photos were taken by union members and workers working at hospitals, schools, garment enterprises, industrial parks, production facilities and the tourism industry.

Not only reflecting the true pace of working life, the works also show the ability to observe, arrange and record emotional moments of workers. Through each photo, images of union members appear close, dedicated to work and attached to the trade union organization.

According to the jury, many works are of good quality, reasonable composition, harmonious colors and clearly convey the message of the beauty of labor. After the judging session, the members of the jury also shared experiences and contributed ideas on photography skills so that union members can continue to preserve beautiful moments in labor and life.

The first prize belonged to the work "Heartbeat of Life" by the Trade Union of Binh Thuan General Hospital. The photo captures the moment when doctors and nurses are highly focused in a surgery, each person taking on a job but with the same goal of regaining life for patients.

In addition, many works about teachers, workers in production lines, tourism workers or collective activities, charity, and trade unions were also awarded second, third, consolation prizes and voting prizes on social networks.

According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the contest is not only aimed at finding beautiful photos but also creates a useful playground, enriching the spiritual life of union members and workers after working hours.

Through the contest, many union members have the opportunity to exchange, learn, promote creativity and preserve meaningful moments in labor. This is also an opportunity to spread the image of dynamic, responsible, and passionate workers and contribute to honoring the good values of the trade union organization.

Everyday but emotional photos have told beautiful stories about labor in the language of images, contributing to connecting union members, arousing professional pride and spreading positive spirit in each agency, unit, and business.
