Da Nang - The City Labor Federation organizes a meeting and training for grassroots trade union officials in industrial parks.
On August 18 and 19, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized an August 2026 meeting and professional training for grassroots trade union officials in industrial parks.
The conference was held at 2 locations: the Hall of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Office in Tam Ky ward and the hall of the City Labor Federation with the participation of nearly 300 grassroots trade union officials.
Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong, Vice President of the City Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks chaired the conference.
The conference aims to assess the situation of grassroots trade union activities in the past time, promptly grasp difficulties and obstacles in the process of task implementation; and at the same time thoroughly grasp and implement guidelines, guiding documents and orientations for key tasks in the last months of 2026.
At the conference, grassroots trade union officials in industrial parks were trained on 2 key topics, including: Supporting the development, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements at non-state-owned enterprises and professional guidance on trade union financial work.
Thereby, contributing to improving knowledge, skills, and professional skills of trade union work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
