Propaganda on drug prevention and control for more than 800 workers of Van Loi Garment Company

On December 16, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Thang Binh Commune Labor Union had just coordinated with the Thang Binh Commune Police and the Van Loi Garment Company Limited Trade Union to organize a conference to propagate the prevention and control of social evils, focusing on emphasizing drug prevention and control among union members and workers.

The conference was attended by representatives of the leaders of the Commune Union, Thang Binh Commune Police, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Van Loi Garment Company Limited and more than 800 union members and workers working at the enterprise. The conference was held in the context of social evils, especially drugs, which still pose a risk of penetrating the working environment, affecting health, life and security and order at production facilities.

At the conference, representatives of the Thang Binh Commune Police gave an overview of the current situation of social evils in the area, analyzed the serious harmful effects of drugs; and pointed out the forms and tricks of drug use enticement and enticement that are appearing among workers today. The content of the propaganda is conveyed through images, practical examples, making it easy for workers to access and remember.

In addition, union members and workers are also instructed on how to recognize signs related to drugs, prevention skills, self-defense skills and citizens' responsibility in detecting and denouncing violations of the law.
