Code of conduct of teachers towards parents of students from January 30, 2026
The code of conduct of teachers towards parents of students is based on Circular 03/2026/TT-BGDĐT dated January 30, 2026.
The Minister of Education and Training issued Circular 03/2026/TT-BGDDT dated January 30, 2026, stipulating the code of conduct for teachers.
Article 8 of the Circular guiding the behavior of teachers towards parents or guardians of learners is as follows:
1. Being willing to cooperate, support, and share with parents or guardians of learners about teaching and educational activities for the progress of learners.
2. Proactively and promptly provide and exchange truthful information about learners; curriculum and teaching and education plans when approved by management levels according to their authority.
3. Encourage and create conditions for parents or guardians of learners to participate in educational activities for the progress of learners.
4. Not to offend, impose, profit, or force parents or guardians of learners to participate in activities contrary to State regulations and voluntary activities.
