Raising legal awareness at the Trade Union of Dong Thap Lottery Company
Dong Thap - Units coordinated to organize propaganda to raise legal awareness for union members and employees of the Dong Thap Lottery Company Trade Union.
On November 6, the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) coordinated with the Provincial Department of Home Affairs and Social Insurance to organize a conference on propaganda, dissemination, education and legal advice in 2025 for more than 80 union members and employees of the grassroots union of Dong Thap Lottery Company Limited.
This is a practical activity in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (November 9) and is part of a series of peak activities to disseminate laws in 2025.

Attending the conference were Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thu - Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Insurance, Ms. Truong Ngoc Van Ha - Head of the Department of Propaganda and Support for Provincial Social Insurance participants, Mr. Thai Ba Viet - Head of the Department of Labor - Employment, Department of Home Affairs, officers of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Federation of Labor, along with the Board of Directors, leaders and Trade Union of the Company.
In her opening speech, Ms. Kieu Thi My Trinh - Deputy Director, Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union emphasized: "In the context of strong digital integration and transformation, understanding the law is an important tool to help employees proactively protect their rights, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise."
She also affirmed that the work of propagating, disseminating and educating the law will continue to be maintained regularly, innovating the form and content to truly go into depth and practicality for each union member and employee.

At the Conference, the reporter of Dong Thap Provincial Social Insurance conveyed many practical contents related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies, helping union members and workers clearly understand their rights and obligations.
The representative of the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Thap province also informed and disseminated new points in regulations on labor, wages, working hours, and rest, clarifying the responsibilities of employees and employers in implementing labor laws.

Many questions and practical problems of union members and workers have been directly answered by the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Provincial Social Insurance and the Department of Home Affairs, focusing on issues of labor relations, insurance regimes, occupational safety and hygiene and the role of trade unions in protecting workers' rights.
