Female workers receiving many gifts to go to school in Dong Thap
Dong Thap - Female workers participating in the Pregnant Women and Young Children's Club, in addition to receiving practical knowledge, also received many gifts.
The Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) has just completed the establishment of 5 Pregnant and child-rearing clubs at 5 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with a large number of union members, workers, and female workers. Including: Trade Union of Apache Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (Long Giang Industrial Park); Trade Union of Duc Vietnam Swallow Co., Ltd. and Trade Union of Freeview Vietnam Co., Ltd. (both in Tan Huong Industrial Park); Trade Union of Cong Tien Garment Joint Stock Company (Long Thuan Ward); Trade Union of Ty Thac Company Limited (Thap Muoi Commune).
According to the plan, the Obstetrics and Gynecology Club operates according to a regulation of 6 chapters with 17 articles with many contents to enhance practical care for female workers.
Accordingly, organize propaganda and disseminate knowledge to union members and female workers about reproductive health, from pregnancy to childbirth and small child development, and explain policies related to gender. At the same time, coordinate with relevant units to organize consultations on pregnancy check-ups, breastfeeding, inviting police in enterprises, industrial parks and clusters to communicate on gender equality, prevention of domestic violence, prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace, prevention of social evils, security and order, traffic safety, etc.
The special thing is that at the presentations, in addition to receiving practical information, members also received many gifts from the Trade Union organization, enterprises and coordinating units. This is not only a practical activity in response to Vietnamese Women's Day, but also a basis for the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor to consider expanding in the coming time.
