Online exchange of new points on labor law, social insurance, and grassroots trade unions

The exchange session aims to equip units, enterprises, workers, civil servants and laborers (CNVCLD) in Phuc Loi ward with more knowledge about new policies and regimes related to workers and organize grassroots trade union congresses.

Attending the online dialogue and exchange were representatives of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL); Hanoi City Labor Federation; Hanoi City Journalists Association; leaders of the Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee... and more than 200 union members and workers in Phuc Loi Ward.

Participating in answering the concerns of workers and readers are experts: Mr. Doan Duc Han - Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Duong Thi Minh Chau - Head of the Propaganda and Support Department of Participants (Hanoi City Social Insurance); representative of the law firm.

According to Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Hien, in the context of the capital and the country developing strongly, the movement of society has caused many regulations and legal policies to be regularly adjusted and supplemented to suit reality.

Meanwhile, for many workers - especially direct workers - access to and understanding new policies and regulations is still limited, leading to a lack of full understanding of their rights and obligations in labor relations. Therefore, equipping and updating knowledge of labor law and social insurance for cadres, union members and workers is an important goal to organize today's online dialogue and exchange.

The online dialogue and exchange program with the theme "Policy on labor law, social insurance and grassroots trade union congress" coordinated by the Capital Labor Newspaper with the Phuc Loi Ward Trade Union is also a practical activity of the Trade Union organization to carry out the task of propagating, disseminating and educating the law among union members and workers; protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and creativity of the Phuc Loi Ward Trade Union in coordinating with the Capital Labor Newspaper to organize the program to concretize Program 02 of the Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee on "Promoting synchronous and comprehensive digital transformation in the entire political system, focusing on building digital government, digital economy, digital society in the period of 2025-2030".
