Khanh Hoa exchanges and reviews the tradition of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union
Khanh Hoa - Trade union officials through the periods and full-time trade union officials exchanged and reviewed the tradition of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
On the afternoon of July 28, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor held a meeting with union officials to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025).
Accordingly, nearly 200 union officials from different periods and full-time union officials participated in the exchange and review of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the conference, Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation informed the delegates about the results of the merger and streamlining of the province's apparatus and the trade union system according to the general policy.
From July 1, 2025, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has operated trade union activities according to a 2-level model. Of which, there are 2 committees, the Trade Union Working Committee and the Industrial Parks Trade Union Committee, under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
Currently, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor directly manages 915 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with more than 90,000 union members.
After the merger, to ensure the rights of union members and workers are not interrupted, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has assigned officials in charge of each locality and unit, continuing to monitor, grasp the situation, and provide timely support when workers need it.
In the first 6 months of the year, trade unions in the province have organized many activities to care for and protect the rights of workers.
According to Mr. Liem, promoting the 96-year tradition of the Vietnam Trade Union and the glorious achievements of the Khanh Hoa Trade Union through the ages is an important foundation.
"In the coming time, each Khanh Hoa Trade Union cadre will continue to strive to improve their qualifications, innovate in activities, and meet the development requirements of the new stage" - Mr. Liem said.
