Da Nang disseminates law and mobilizes union members at Inno Floors Company

At the program, the City Industrial Parks Trade Union Board introduced a general introduction to the Vietnam Trade Union organization and emphasized practical rights when workers join trade unions such as: being protected in legal and legitimate rights and interests; participating in welfare programs, subsidies, visits; having opportunities to practice skills, participating in cultural and sports activities; having a dialogue channel and a common voice with employers to build a stable and progressive working environment.

At the same time, the Da Nang City Labor Federation issued a petition to join the union to Inno Floors workers, creating an important premise for the early formation of grassroots unions at enterprises.

Inno Floors Company (established in 2016, in the expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Park) aims to produce modern, safe and environmentally friendly floor tiles. The main product is the SPC floor (Stone Plastic composite) applying German technology from Kobler Group, with the advantages of waterproof, durable, easy to construct and safe for health.

Propaganda and mobilization activities to develop union members at enterprises are expected to contribute to raising legal awareness for employees, strengthening welfare, and at the same time building harmonious, connected and sustainable labor relations in the expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Park.
