Da Nang - An Hai Ward Trade Union organizes training for 100 grassroots union officials
News from the An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on September 20 said: The Ward Trade Union has just organized training for more than 100 union officials of grassroots trade unions and affiliated grassroots trade unions.
The training content focuses on new points of the 2024 Trade Union Law; the process of negotiating, signing collective labor agreements and the responsibilities of grassroots trade unions.
At the training session, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Oanh, Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee, Da Nang City Labor Federation, reported on 2 topics: New points of the 2024 Trade Union Law; the process of negotiating, signing collective labor agreements and the responsibilities of grassroots trade unions.
This is an activity to enhance legal knowledge for grassroots union officials of non-state units to be able to best support union members.
In addition, grasp the negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements process to negotiate with employers to build agreements with more favorable terms for employees, contributing to ensuring harmonious labor relations at enterprises.
