Training reproductive health knowledge and parenting skills for nearly 200 workers
HUE - The union organized reproductive health club activities, labor laws and a parenthood program for nearly 200 union members and workers.
On November 22, the Hue City Labor Federation (LDLD) said that it had just coordinated with the Trade Union of Long Tho Joint Stock Company to organize the Reproductive Health Club - Labor Law and the Program "Parenting for the comprehensive development of children" for nearly 200 union members and employees of the company.
At the meeting, union members were disseminated content related to reproductive health care, prevention of common diseases, skills to recognize risks and proactively protect their health in the working environment. Along with that, the City Labor Federation disseminated new regulations of labor law, benefits related to maternity benefits, small children, occupational safety and hygiene and the responsibilities of employers.
Within the framework of the program, workers are also able to participate in the Program "Being a parent for the comprehensive development of children", focusing on the skills of nurturing, caring for, accompanying children in the early stages of life; building a safe and healthy family environment and supporting children to develop the best physical and mental health.
The activity aims to improve knowledge and skills for union members, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises and practically taking care of workers' lives.
