15 unemployment insurance policies authorized to be signed in Hanoi

According to Decision No. 249/QD-SNV, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs assigned the head of the Hanoi Employment Service Center to sign authorized decisions related to the unemployment insurance policy as follows:

1. Decision on enjoying unemployment benefits;

2. Decisions on supporting training and improving professional skills;

3. Decision on temporary suspension of unemployment benefits;

4. Decision on continuing to receive unemployment benefits;

5. Decision on termination of unemployment benefits;

6. Decision on preserving the unemployment insurance contribution period;

7. Decision on canceling the decision to receive unemployment benefits;

8. Decision on canceling the decision to support vocational skills training and improvement;

9. Decision on the recovery of unemployment benefits;

10. Decision on recovering training support money, improving professional skills;

11. Decisions on supporting training, fostering, and improving professional skills to maintain employment for workers;

12. Decision on the recovery of funding for training, fostering, and improving vocational skills to maintain employment for workers;

13. Decision on canceling support for training, fostering, and improving vocational skills to maintain employment for workers;

14. Decision on canceling arising decisions: Decision to cancel the decision to temporarily suspend the enjoyment of unemployment benefits; decision to cancel the decision to continue enjoying unemployment benefits; decision to cancel the decision to terminate the enjoyment of unemployment benefits; decision to cancel the decision to recover unemployment benefits; decision to cancel the decision to recover training support money, improve professional skills; decision to cancel the decision to preserve the unemployment insurance contribution period; decision to cancel according to the employee's application; decision to cancel the decision to amend and supplement;

15. Decision on amendment and supplementation: Decision on enjoying unemployment benefits; decision on supporting training and improving professional skills; decision on temporarily suspending unemployment benefits; decision on terminating unemployment benefits; decision on continuing to enjoy unemployment benefits; decision on terminating unemployment benefits; decision on preserving unemployment insurance contribution period; decision on canceling decisions on enjoying unemployment benefits; decision on canceling decisions on supporting training and improving professional skills; decision on canceling arising decisions.

Term of authorization: from the date of issuance of the authorization decision to the end of December 31, 2028

This decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 5566/QD-SNV dated December 26, 2025 of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs.
