Sharing the gap with union members affected by storms and floods

Next, the Red Cross Society of Dong Nai province, Taekwang VINA Joint Stock Company (in Dong Nai) in coordination with the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor presented support to overcome the consequences of natural disasters in Ha Tinh province with a total amount of 700 million VND. The beneficiaries of the support are union members, employees and students of Ha Tinh, and some policy families affected by storms No. 10 and No. 11.

To help workers overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, the Trade Union and experts of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation (Mitraco) have supported 35 union members with a total amount of 161 million VND.

Song La Xanh Packaging Joint Stock Company in coordination with the Trade Union visited and presented support and encouragement to workers' families whose houses and assets were damaged.

After the storm, the house of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa's family (residing in Vung Ang ward) - a union member of Viet Hai Dredge Company had its roof blown off and suffered quite heavy damage. To encourage them, officials of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor directly visited, encouraged and presented support of 2 million VND.

According to Mr. Ngo Dinh Van, Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, the care, representation and protection of the rights and interests of union members and employees are always focused on by the Ha Tinh Trade Union.
