More than 3,000 Dong Thap union members enjoy the Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026
Dong Thap - As of January 10, 2026, the whole province has had 3,074/5,100 union members benefit from the online "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program.
Implementing Official Dispatch No. 1366/TLD-QHLD dated December 30, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on implementing the online "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program, the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation has proactively deployed it synchronously to grassroots unions at all levels, creating conditions for union members and workers to soon access policies to care for Tet.
According to the report of the Provincial Federation of Labor, as of January 10, 2026, the whole province has had 3,074/5,100 union members benefiting from the Program, reaching a rate of 60.27%.
The participants are union members with outstanding achievements in labor, production, actively participating in activities organized by the union; union members with difficult circumstances, low income who have registered for the list of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; cases not on the support list will not participate in purchasing goods at the Program.
The online program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" is held from 9:00 a.m. on January 5, 2026 to 12:00 a.m. on March 4, 2026 (temporarily suspended during the Lunar New Year holiday of Binh Ngo 2026, from 0:00 a.m. on February 11, 2026 to 24:00 a.m. on February 22, 2026). In particular, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026, the program prioritizes 100 union officials to participate in supporting union members in purchasing goods; from January 6, 2026 to March 4, 2026, 5,000 union members of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation will be able to buy goods according to the registered list.
Through online organization, the "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" helps union members access essential items to ensure quality and preferential prices, contributing to reducing living expenses during Tet; at the same time, spreading the spirit of "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ket Ket", clearly demonstrating the role of the Union organization in caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
