Art program to successfully celebrate the Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union Congress

On the evening of December 29, at the My Tho Ward Cultural House, the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) organized an art program to successfully celebrate the 1st Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The program was attended by Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Federation of Labor; along with representatives of leaders of departments, branches and nearly 300 union officials, union members, and workers in the area.

With the theme "Stinguishing the trust - Pride of class", the program was elaborately staged with 7 outstanding art performances by artists from the Dong Thap Trade Union Labor Culture House. The performances praised the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, the love of the homeland and the glorious tradition of the Vietnamese working class.

The opening of the show was the heroic song "Nyen tin dang Dang" (composed by Trong Loan) performed by Huy Hieu and the dance group. Next are the deep melodies of Uncle Ho, a long love, The House of the Lotus Flower Season and local songs such as Dong Thap Proud to Continue Stepping, Dat Hoa Hong Bao Dai. The program ended with the group performance "Thenh thang duong moi", demonstrating the determination of workers on the new development journey.

Incorporated into the program, the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor quickly informed the results of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, which recently took place successfully on December 26, 2025 at the Provincial Conference Center with the participation of 293 delegates representing the will and aspirations of more than 200,000 union members currently working at 756 grassroots unions in the province. The Congress passed a Resolution with 15 specific targets and 3 key breakthroughs.

In particular, emphasizing digital transformation in trade union activities, breakthroughs in developing union members and promoting dialogue and collective bargaining for the benefit of workers.

The success of the Congress is an important premise for trade unions at all levels in the province to urgently concretize the Resolution with practical action programs. Thereby, calling on all cadres and union members to continue promoting tradition, dynamism, and creativity, contributing to building a strong Trade Union organization and a sustainable development of Dong Thap hometown.

The art program with a vivid and reasonable integration is not only an artistic activity that brings joyful emotions to the Trade Union ministries, union members, workers and laborers about the success of the Congress..., but also contributes to educating patriotism, revolutionary traditions and strengthening the trust of union members and laborers in the Vietnam Trade Union in the new period.
