Encouraging workers to work throughout Tet in Quang Yen, Quang Ninh

The working delegation led by Mr. To Xuan Thao - Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - visited and encouraged officials and workers of Thach Ban Yen Hung Company; also participating was Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga - Chairwoman of Quang Yen Ward Trade Union.

Thach Ban Yen Hung Company is a brick and tile production unit, with 60 workers and laborers.

This Lunar New Year, more than 90% of the company's workers voluntarily registered to work through Tet to ensure the progress of signed contracts and timely supply of products for construction projects.

According to the company's report, the demand for building materials is currently increasing, about 3 times higher than the same period. To meet orders and maintain prestige with partners, the company decided to organize continuous production during Tet days.

The enterprise implements payment of 300% of salary according to regulations, and at the same time ensures full regimes and policies for employees working during Tet.

Sharing the hardships of workers, Mr. To Xuan Thao, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility and proactiveness of the collective of workers who put aside the joy of reunion to maintain production.

Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the fact that workers and laborers volunteer to work throughout Tet not only helps businesses complete the first orders of the year, but also demonstrates a sense of responsibility, attachment, and companionship with businesses to overcome difficulties and maintain prestige with customers. Thereby, creating favorable production momentum right from the early days of spring, actively contributing to the overall growth of businesses and localities.

On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation presented 48 gifts to workers working throughout Tet at the company; each gift included a gift worth 500,000 VND and 500,000 VND in cash for spring lucky money.

Previously, in the morning of the same day, the Provincial Labor Federation also presented 23 gifts to workers at Jinko Solar PV Vietnam Company (Song Khoai Industrial Park, Hiep Hoa ward, Quang Ninh province).

The activity of visiting and giving gifts to workers working throughout Tet is maintained annually by the Provincial Labor Federation and trade union levels, showing the timely concern and care of the trade union organization for workers right from the first days of the new year.
