Caring for union members and workers in Quang Ninh before the new Spring

According to the plan, the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) established 3 working groups to visit and give gifts to social protection units, Tet duty forces and workers working on New Year's Eve.

On February 13, a working delegation led by Mr. To Xuan Thao - Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - attended the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", of Hoang Ha Group Joint Stock Company.

Hoang Ha Group is a business operating in the fields of construction, construction material production, packaging, tourism - services, currently has more than 400 officials, workers, and laborers.

The Tet Sum vay program was organized with many exciting activities taking place such as a cultural and artistic contest with 9 participating teams; Workers were able to visit and shop for Tet goods with discounts of up to 50%; lucky wheels... creating a joyful and warm atmosphere before the New Year.

On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to officials, workers, and employees of the company.

Next, the working delegation visited and presented gifts to workers of Dat Viet Pottery Joint Stock Company, and presented 20 gifts to workers working at the factory.

At the production workshop, the working delegation learned about the employment and income situation at the end of the year; and at the same time cordially inquired about the lives and Tet preparations of workers and their families.

Speaking at the visiting units, Mr. To Xuan Thao - Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that in the days leading up to Tet, trade union organizations nationwide in general and Quang Ninh Trade Union in particular always give special affection and attention to union members and workers.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility and efforts of the collective of workers in maintaining production, ensuring orders and work progress before the new year, thereby making an important contribution to the business results of the enterprise.

Wishing businesses to continue to pay more attention to jobs, income, working conditions, and welfare regimes; build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations so that workers can be assured and stick with businesses for a long time, and celebrate Tet fully and warmly.

On the occasion of Tet and Spring, the Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation sent New Year greetings, wishes for health, peace, and prosperity to all officials, workers, and laborers; wishing businesses to enter 2026 with many new victories and sustainable development.

Also on February 13, a working delegation led by Ms. Dang Thi Kim Chung - Vice Chairwoman of Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - visited, presented gifts, and encouraged employees of Uong Bi Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company - a force that is day and night maintaining environmental sanitation and urban embellishment to serve people celebrating Spring and welcoming Tet.

Here, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation visited working conditions, income, Tet bonus regime; acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility of workers in ensuring a green - clean - beautiful environment, especially at a time when the workload increases at the end of the year.

The working delegation presented Tet gifts, sending New Year wishes for good health, happiness, and peace to workers and their families.

Previously, on February 12, a delegation from the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to units on duty during Tet, taking care of social security, including: Provincial Social Protection Center; Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital; Bai Chay Hospital; Quang Ninh Lung Hospital; Hong Gai Ward Police.

According to the plan, on February 16 (ie, the 29th of Tet), the Provincial Labor Federation will continue to visit and give gifts to workers of Quang Ninh Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - the unit implementing environmental sanitation throughout Tet.

The activity is part of a series of Tet care programs of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, contributing to spreading a warm and meaningful atmosphere, ensuring that all union members and workers have conditions to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet fully, without leaving anyone behind.
