Vinh Loc Commune Trade Union takes union members as the center

On January 4, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Vinh Loc Commune Labor Union had just held a conference to deploy key tasks in 2026. Entering 2026, the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 1st Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, Vinh Loc Commune Trade Union identified the focus as innovating the method of operation in a practical direction, taking union members as the center, while improving the quality of representation, caring for and protecting the rights of workers, especially in the enterprise sector.

Currently, the Commune Trade Union manages 16 grassroots trade unions with more than 6,300 union members. Based on the accumulated results, in 2026, the Commune Union aims to stabilize harmonious labor relations, avoid complicated disputes, continue to implement union member welfare programs, support workers in difficult circumstances, and expand cultural and spiritual activities at the grassroots level.

Along with that, the Commune Labor Union focuses on promoting the training and fostering of union cadres, developing new union members, introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider and admit; replicating emulation movements "Good workers, Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", associated with the goal of improving productivity and work efficiency.
