In the coming time, the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union will also coordinate with the Group's leaders to organize delegations to visit and give gifts to units that work continuously without Tet holidays and visit families in difficult circumstances, families with employees with unemployment insurance, policy families, give gifts to children of employees with disabilities, orange-skinned poisoning... with a total amount spent on Tet care activities of more than 2.353 billion VND.

The trade union proactively negotiates with professional leaders

According to Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, by the end of 2025, 100% of employees in the Vietnam Chemical Group will have paid all types of social insurance according to regulations. Some units also buy personal insurance, life insurance for employees, and support for medical examination and treatment for employees. In particular, 100% of units have signed collective labor agreements (CLAs) to ensure the rights of employees. Over 90% of collective labor agreements of enterprises have at least 2 provisions that are more beneficial to employees...

Some typical provisions include wishing a long life to all four mothers and mothers over 80 years old on the occasion of Tet, supporting medical examination and treatment for employees; supporting childcare; purchasing personal insurance, life insurance for employees; visiting regimes such as giving and giving gifts, all are over 1 million VND/time, employees reaching retirement age are entitled to take 3 months off to receive full salary and travel abroad; giving employees 2 days off if they pass away or have their children's weddings, supporting house rent...

Mr. Le Van Hoang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Lam Thao Suppe Phosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company - shared that the company's Trade Union always accompanies the professional team, implementing many practical and effective activities to contribute to improving the lives, material and spiritual needs of employees.

In particular, the company maintains stable jobs for more than 1,700 employees, with an average income of over 18 million VND/person/month. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also the 13th month salary, bonuses, gifts made of many valuable items and practical for the lives of employees on holidays and Tet. Female workers will also receive additional gifts on the occasion of March 8 and October 20. In addition to fully implementing the policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, 100% of employees will also receive health insurance from the company with a maximum compensation of up to 110 million VND.

The collective labor agreement signed between the employer and the company's trade union also has many more favorable provisions than the provisions of law such as: The company gives employees a birthday gift at a rate of VND 1,000,000/person; 100% of employees are allowed to travel. From 2024, the company will organize 125 workers with outstanding achievements to travel to Singapore and Malaysia; in 2025, the company's trade union also presented tour gifts in the two countries to workers on leave.
