Company's Trade Union organizes a year-end program for union members and workers

The Trade Union of MPT Solution Company Limited (Vietnam) has just organized a summary of production and business activities in 2025 and welcomed the new year 2026 with the theme "MPT hand-held - steady step" in a joyful, warm and united atmosphere.

1,500 officers, employees, and laborers working at the company attended.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and highly appreciated the effective coordination between the Company's Board of Directors and the grassroots Trade Union in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

The company's leadership representative acknowledged and commended the efforts and contributions of the collective of employees in 2025; at the same time, affirmed that the company's Board of Directors always considers employees as the center, continuing to accompany the Trade Union organization to better care for the material and spiritual life of workers in the coming time.

The year-end program took place enthusiastically with many unique performances by the workers themselves, team games combined and lucky draw activities with many meaningful gifts, creating an exciting and joyful atmosphere for all staff and workers.

In particular, at the program, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor presented support to 33 union members and workers who are poor, near-poor households and people in especially difficult circumstances, demonstrating the timely concern and care of the Trade Union organization for workers, especially during the coming of Tet and Spring.
