Xuan Thanh Agricultural Company Trade Union takes care of workers at the end of the year

On January 28, the Nghe An Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Xuan Thanh Agriculture One Member Limited Liability Company had just organized the 2026 Workers' Conference, combined with the program "Trade Union Year-end Meal" to take care of the lives of union members and workers.

At the conference, delegates listened to reports on production and business results in 2025; orientations and tasks for 2026; and at the same time assessed the implementation of regimes and policies directly related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

The conference is also an opportunity for employees to participate in contributing opinions and direct dialogues with company leaders and the Trade Union Executive Committee on working conditions, income, welfare, as well as solutions to improve production and business efficiency in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of Xuan Thanh Agriculture One Member Limited Liability Company organized "Trade Union Year-end Meal" for union members and workers. Each meal was supported by the Trade Union with 70,000 VND and businesses supported 50,000 VND, contributing to encouraging spirit, creating a warm and cohesive atmosphere before the New Year.

Within the framework of the program, Quy Hop Commune Trade Union also presented 9 gifts to union members in particularly difficult circumstances, each worth 1,000,000 VND. This is a practical activity, showing the concern and sharing of the trade union organization with workers, especially at the end of the year.
