The union takes care of jobs, earning 7.5 million VND/month for more than 230 workers

On January 9, Chairman of the Trade Union of Da Lat - Japan Food Company Limited (Duc Trong commune, Lam Dong province) - Mr. Tran Anh Tuan said that the company has 100% of Japanese investment capital.

The unit has been operating stably since 1998 in the field of growing and processing frozen vegetables and fruits. Currently, the processing capacity reaches 3,000 tons of products per year, mainly exported to the Japanese market.

According to Mr. Tuan, the Executive Board of the grassroots union and the Board of Directors of the company always strive to provide stable jobs for workers. Currently, more than 230 workers are working at this company with an income of about 7.5 million VND/person/month.

Workers enjoy many preferential policies such as support for house rental, fuel, and shift meals. Along with that, they are visited promptly when they are sick or have an accident; given gifts on holidays, birthdays, weddings, and International Women's Day.

For children of union members, workers are given gifts every Mid-Autumn Festival, International Children's Day and rewarded for their high academic achievements...

"Workers are very excited because they always have jobs and stable incomes; 100% of them have labor contracts, participate in social insurance and ensure the regimes and policies according to regulations," said Mr. Tuan.

Mr. Tuan also shared that the union also organizes many practical activities to care for the spiritual life of union members and workers.

Through sports competitions, cultural exchanges, tours, gala Dinner... organized by the union, union members and workers are happy, excited, and work more effectively.

These activities also strengthen solidarity and become increasingly close between union members and workers with the union and the company.
